Thanks for stopping by. Originally, a requirement for my Master’s program, I now maintain the site as a hobby.

Here I post things that interest me or that I’m passionate about. This space provides a place to share more personal and in-depth content.

My Story

The two best parts about me are inter-connected: I’m a practicing Christian and married to Kerrie. How are they connected? Kerrie is one of the most spiritual people I’ve ever met and she truly helps me find the best in me.

Do you know why Christians refer to themselves as practicing Christians? It’s because we know we don’t have it perfect yet. If you and I meet and I fall short of the Christian ideal, don’t fault God for my shortcomings. 

In addition to being a Christian and a husband, I’m also a father, grandfather, patriot, active church member, working professional, and I think I’m a pretty good friend.

I was very late to the party when it comes to learning about personal finance, a.k.a. how to properly manage my own money.
